If an item arrives damaged due to carrier negligence or mishandling at the warehouse we will ship you a replacement piece for the broken part/item for free (We must be notified within 7 days of you receiving the product/s). For instance, if a glass table top is damaged or shattered we will ship you a new one and take the old one back to be recycled. Keeping up with other online marketplaces our return policy is very comparable. You can return the product/s you ordered within 30 days of the delivery date. The products must still be in our packaging to qualify for a return. If you, the customer, has assembled all or some part of the order then we cannot take the product back unless the item arrived damaged in which case we will replace the item or offer store credit if the item is discontinued. If you have damaged the item then the furniture warranty takes over and we will send over a professional to take a look at your furniture (only applicable if the customer has purchased our extended Guardsman warranty). If the products are still in original packaging and you would like to return them we will happily arrange for a pickup with one of our trusted carriers. Please keep in mind that if the product is being returned simply because the customer does not want it anymore then shipping charges and restocking fees (up to 20%) will be deducted from the refund total.
