Handwoven wicker resins furniture tends to be durable and resilient but does require some regular cleaning and overall care to look its best; there are procedures to preserve Hand-woven resin wicker furniture.

Remove all of the glass table tops and clean with glass cleaner. Remove all cushions and launder them accordingly. Next, Hose off the resin wicker furniture with a spray hose to loosen dirt and dust. Use a toothbrush to get into any corners that the cleaning brush can’t reach. Rinse and let dry completely.

Metal furniture collects dust and grime just as quickly as wood or plastic furniture and has the added risk of developing rust. Also, you can use Guardsman Outdoor Metal Protector that forms a micro-thin film to prevent mildew and fungi spores from attaching to the treated surfaces. Here’s what we suggest.

Take the piece of furniture outside on a sunny, dry day. Remove any cushions or fabric covers. Fill a bucket with warm water. Add 3 tablespoons of liquid dishwashing soap. Dip a nylon scrub brush into the warm, soapy water and scrub the entire surface of the piece of furniture. Rinse the piece of furniture with clean water from the hose. Wipe the furniture dry with a towel and finally remove any rust spots by scrubbing them with a wire brush until all of the rust flakes off.

Dust the furniture to remove surface dirt. You can try out a wood protector sprays protect the furniture against water and sun damage.

The core process starts with the gentlest cleaner and moves up to stronger ones as needed. Try mixing a weak solution of water and dishwashing soap. Dip a soft cloth in the solution, wring it out and wipe the entire piece. You want a damp cloth, not a wet one. Don’t saturate the wood, and rinse your cloth often. Take a second, clean cloth and dry the piece thoroughly. 

Many people have used fabric protector that not only remove the stains but also keeps the quality of fabric in the best shape. So, let’s begin.

Remove the pillow’s cover, if it is removable. Wash the cover separately from the pillow. Pre-treat badly soiled or stained areas on the pillow cover with a color-safe prewash spray. Rub the spray into the stain with a damp sponge. Wash the pillow cover, or the whole pillow, on a gentle-wash cycle in warm water with a very mild detergent. Detergent for delicate fabrics or baby clothes is usually suitable. Remove the pillow or pillow cover as soon as the washing machine has ended the cycle and has shut off. Hang the pillow or cover up to dry in a well-ventilated area.

We currently ship nation-wide except to Guam, Hawaii, Alaska, AFO and APO addresses - to ship to addresses in these states, provinces and/or protectorates please contact one of our customer service members so they can get you a shipping quote. The furniture sets are shipped in corrugated cardboard boxes for safety. We use several carriers such as UPS, FedEx, NEMF, ODFL. The boxes in most cases are shipped on a pallet and is dropped off by one of our partnered carriers mentioned previously. We do offer international shipping options as well but shipping charges will be paid for by the buyer. If you reside in the state of New Jersey we offer free delivery and assembly by one of our certified delivery member. We will contact you within 5 business days of your purchase to schedule a delivery date and time.

We offer a 6 month warranty on all purchases. For extended warranty we do offer a comprehensive outdoor furniture warranty through Guardsman for an additional cost. We also offer furniture covers and specialized aerosol sprays manufactured by Guardsman to prevent rust on your furniture. These items help preserve your furniture from damages caused by constantly being outdoors.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return the product back to us. If an item arrived damaged due to mishandling by the carrier, we will ship you a replacement piece and take up the claim with the carrier. We must be notified within 30 days of the damages incurred during shipping. Customer service reps will ask for details such as pictures of the damaged boxes and products to provide to the carrier. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT: IF YOU SEE DAMAGE TO THE BOXES WHEN THE CARRIER IS DELIVERING, THEN REFUSE THE DELIVERY! Once the items are returned to us we will issue a refund. If you are returning the product simply because you changed your mind and there is nothing wrong with the product, then we will subtract delivery and a 30% restocking fee from your refund. Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the product back in stock.
